UK & Rotherham | January 2008 – April 2014 (Regular), August 2016 – April 2019 (Reserve)

Served in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) both in the regular Army and later as a reservist while undertaking university studies. This period developed my leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience in high-pressure environments, global deployments, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Team Leadership: Led and mentored small teams as a Corporal (CPL) in the Army Reserve, focusing on training, logistics, and operational readiness.
• Technical Proficiency: Worked as an Electronics Technician (LCPL) in the regular Army, maintaining and repairing complex military equipment across multiple environments.
• Field Operations: Participated in international training exercises and operational deployments, building adaptability and resilience in high-pressure situations.
• Problem-Solving: Applied practical, real-time troubleshooting to electrical and mechanical issues, often with limited resources.
• Communication & Teamwork: Collaborated across diverse teams, enhancing communication, discipline, and interpersonal effectiveness.
